Elements 2018 trial was less than 4 hours

I had never used Elements 2018. I checked yes to the questions "have you owned a previous version of Elements." Downloaded and tried the trial. Got a message saying it's the last day of my trial. (This all around 8pm). Shortly before midnight the same day, I had quit out of the program and tried to reopen it. Message says my trial expired. Is the trial just a few hours? Or does it expire shortly before midnight regardless of when you try it? Other?

Could you please share more details about the platform on which you faced this issue and which earlier version of elements did you have on your computer?

Also if your earlier version of Elements was Licensed or In Trial period?

Some more information might help us check the issue and help you get the Trial period of 30 days.

I am on the latest MacBook Air which I believe was released in 2015. I originally owned Elements 2.0 that was licensed, then at some point upgraded to a later one that was also licensed, one from a few years back, which was on my old computer.

Which was the last version that you were using before upgrading to 2018 Trial version

Thanks. I think if I had previously installed it, it would not give me a trial at all, it would just ask for the license key. My computer clock has not been reset, unless you mean a time zone change. I see another person with this question and the answer had to do with anti-virus. I have not changed anything on the computer, and last year I was able to do a trial of a different Adobe product. If trials do not reliably work then I wonder if subscriptions work correctly.

It's usually 30 days at present, unless you have installed previously or your computer clock has been reset.
