Elements 2020 not working with [Canon Print Studio Pro on] Mac Catalina OS

Finally Canon updated it's print studio pro software for use on a Mac.  But Canon's software does not work with PSE 2020 (18); it does not appear under File-Automation Tools, as it should. The software downloads fine but works only with PSE 14 on a Mac. Was the Canon software left out purposely? Will Adobe and Canon come together so that the newest PSE will be compatible with the print studio pro?  Thanks.

This Canon kb document says the PSP plugin will sometimes need to be installed manually.

Will this work on PC with Window 10? I have the same problem with PSE 2020 with my Canon Pixma Pro 100.
