Elements Crashes

I have a IMac Computer and it's system is macOS Sierra

Adobe Elements 11 crashes when I try to print.  I lose all my work and have to start over.

I thought I would upgrade to Elements 15 and it still has the problem.

Can you help

    Can you please update to latest OS update for Sierra and let us know if you still see the issue?

    I updted to latest PSE 15.1 on a WIN 10 platform.  It still crashes after I print a document and go to another image in memory.

    Can you please share with us Event Viewer logs? Here's how you can collect them- Photoshop Elements Editor Help | How to Find Crash Logs on Windows

    Does the crash happen only if you open another image after printing one or does it happen otherwise as well?

    HI MY NAME IS JOHN, I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE I AM WORKING IMAC OSX SIERRA WHEN I PRINT IT CRASHES I DOWNLOADED THE TRIAL VERSTION IT SEEMS TO WORK PERFECTLY WHAT HAPPENS TO THE FULL VERSTION THA I PURCHASED.
