Elements on desktop

New Here ,

I have both Elements and Elements Premier 15 on Windows 10.  Was having issues with Elements, so I re-installed it. All is fine now except for one thing: I ended up with a folder on my desktop containing the Elements files, instead of having them be in my Programs folder...but in my Programs folder, I still have the first Elements files! The desktop folder shows the folder as "Shared," with the path as \\DESKTOP-48U1NE9\Users\Owner\Desktop\Adobe Photoshop Elements 15...in the Programs folder, it shows as not shared. I suspect what I should have done was un-install Elements before re-installing it...but I'm not quite sure what to do here to get the folder off my desktop and into the Adobe folder where it belongs, without fouling up the program. Thoughts??

Suggest that you drag the Desktop folder to  the Programs folder location.

I thought of that...but that would put TWO instances of Elements in the Programs-Adobe folder.  I presumed that could present problems for the computer in accessing the files.........

Do you mean Photoshop Elements 15 and Premiere Elements 15?

Are you sure those files are not leftover installation files?

I would uninstall both and then reinstall both.
