elements organizer 11 will not load after installing

    Any error message?

    Hi,

    If you have had an explorer running before, it may be a problem with the catalog.

    You could try starting the organizer by using Widows File Explorer - navigate to the following folder

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Elements 11 Organizer

    Look for the following application and double click on it

    PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe

    If that doesn't work, hold down the Shift key when you double click on it and it should take you to Catalog Manager. There, click on New and give it a name (e.g. Test) and click on ok. That should create an empty catalog.

    Let us know what happens.
