Elements Organizer 15 - unerwarteter Abbruch

MacMini mit OSX El Capitan und Adobe Elements 15 BOX

nach 24 Std Bilder Scannen und ordnen ist Elements "unerwartet abgestürzt". ich habe schon die Fehler Berichte gesendet und ein Update bekommen, welches aber nichts gebracht hat.

Elements Editor-Voreinstellungen-Allgemein-Voreinstellungen beim nächsten Start.... hat auch nichts gebracht.

bitte um HILFE

    Hi,

    Thanks a lot for providing this information. From the crash log , it seems like the crash is due to import of some video formats which is causing the application to abort.

    Just to verify this, I would request you to please try making a new catalog and importing only the images and no videos and then check if the application still crashes.

    I would request you to please update the application from Help menu > Updates..

    And then check if crash still happens.

    In case it still does, I would request you to please paste the crash logs here for us to analyze the cause of crash.

    We would be happy to assist you further accordingly.
