Elements Stamp tool quite stamping

Elements Stamp tool in middle of project suddenly quit stamping. Looks like it should to pick up photo part but won't place that part.

Hi Robert.  Click on the Reset Tool option under the "hamburger" dropdown menu at the right side of the toolbar.

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences file. Go to the Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.
