Elements

After editing and saving a photo, I get the following message -

IOC Operation Failed

What does this means , it is not in any of the Adobe documents.

Legend

The Organizer banner "Edit in Progress" is normal.

It disapppears when the file is closed (Cmd+W) in the Editor.

What OS and version of Elements are you using?

Other than getting the message, is anything wrong?

Mac OS Catalina. No other problems, except the photo stays locked when saved back to organizer withh a banner "Edit in Progress".

And which version of Elements? Only version 2020 is compatible with Catalina.
