Elements2024 problemas para abrir archivos en lote

Hola a tod@s

En Photoshop Eldements2024 no puedo abrir archivos en formato RW2 procedentes de una Lumix S5MK2X cuando intento hacerlo en grupo/lote.  No tengo ningún problema si los abro de uno en uno, con la molestia que eso supone. Tambien puedo abrir en lote archivos raw procedentes de otra cámara o en formato jpg.

Cuando intento abrirlos en lote, se boquea la aplicación y debo cerrarla con el Administrador de Tareas. La única solución que he encontrado es proceder a instalar de nuevo Camera Raw antes de intentar abrirlos, detectando la aplicación que ya existe una versión de esa extensión y acabando muy rápido la instalación.

Alguien sabe a que puede ser debido?.  Muchas gracias.

How are you trying to open the files?  From the Organizer or from the Operating System? What Operating System are you using?

Greg:

I open directly from the application, i.e. PhotoshopElements2024. If I open one by one I have no problem.
My operating system is Windows10 64bits.

My only suggestion would be to perform a complete uninstall and reinstall of the program.  Include the Elements Add-on Utilities when uninstalling, and also choose all options to delete preferences.

Have you tried using the Organizer to open multiple raw files?

I was able to open 6 RW2 files without any problems in the Organizer.
I will proceed to uninstall and reinstall the application. What I don't know is how to uninstall the add-on and options.

There is a separate entry in the Windows Control Panel or in Windows Settings>Apps>Installed Apps:

If you uninstall the utilities, make sure you install them again from Help>Install Camera Raw.

I will do everything you tell me, but it will be in about 3 weeks, since tomorrow I start a trip of that length and I will not be able to access my PC or my email. Once I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I will report the result. Thank you.
