Please let me know if you are working on Windows or on Mac? Will it be possible for you to share the screenshot?

You can try following steps to resolve this type of problem:

Troubleshoot Adjust Facial Features in Photoshop Elements 15

Let me know if above solution does not work for you.

    Thanks,

I am having the problem with windows7.

For a screen shot just picture a blank colored screen with a circle where the face in the file is located.

    The driver is current.

The following suggestion has not been tried because I don’t know to install without double-byte characters. I ran set-up and it installed with no additional assistance from me.

This issue occurs if the installation path includes double-byte characters. To resolve this issue, install Photoshop Elements or Adobe Premiere Elements on a custom path with no double-byte characters in it.

I would appreciate any productive suggestions.

    Thank you,

    Moses

I've tried updating the graphics card software. The manufacturer says it is current. Regarding the path you gave me, I do not see 'app data'. I'm running Windows 7.

When I click Adjust Facial Feature I see a maroon colored box with circles where the faces should be.

    Thanks

    HI laurah39238148,

You are not able to see Appdata folder maybe because it is hidden in your system. Simply type the path and it will open:

    C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\15.0\Plugins\

*Replace <USERNAME > with your username

Also, did you try the feature after unchecking the following option?

Edit>Preferences>Performance: Use Graphics Processor for Adjusting Facial Features

    Thanks,

    Vikas

Same issue here.  It opens a maroon box with circles.
