New Here ,
Sep 06, 2021 Sep 06, 2021

I recently bought an Adobe pack containing the latest versions of Adobe Photoshop elements and Adobe Premiere elements.

The Adobe premiere element has installed successfully but the Photoshop keeps on showing error code 103.

error 103 is usually associated with having some adobe compenents still running during  the installation process.  You may have to go into your task manager and kill off any processes that may still be running from previous attempts at installing.

Sometimes even after closing the program and the welcome screen as well, some processes may be left behind- the computer thinks PSE is still running but it is not.

You can alway reboot then start the installion process.

What OS are you using?

According to this HelpX article, you may have a corrupt download.  Try downloading and installing again.
