Error code 16 in Elements 2022

I purchased and downloaded Elements 2022 a last week with no bother. I then subscribed to Lightroom/Photoshop and now elements will not work. I get a message to uninstal/re-instal elements but when I do, I get an error code 16 message each time. I have tried about three times now with the same results. Please help.

    I think I've managed to find a solution now. Om right clicking the elements desktop icon, and selecting properties, I was able to tick a box making me an administrator which has enabled elements to work normally. Hooray!

    I should have also mentioned that I am using Windows 11

    will this, work on Mac?  Having the same issues as you mention.

    No idea about the Mac but as I stated that more by luck than judgement, I managed to solve my issue by going into properties and making myself an administrator. Had no problems since. All now working fine. Good luck and hope you're able to resolve.
