Error on opening some Jpeg files on Elements 2019

Just re - installed and did updates for Elements 19 on windows device but I am not able to open sone Jpeg files while others are okay.  How do I fix this error?

Look again  at your post, in the right of the screen, there is a suggestion for another  post of the same issue.

Two solutions:

- opening and resaving the jpeg with a 'basic' editor

- opening the files in the camera raw editor (menu file >> open in camera raw).
