error transferring and installing PSE10

I have been provided a link and downloaded the software from your personal chat assistant, when I go to install the software I got the following error message "Install” can’t be opened. You should eject the disk image.". Can someone please help me?

Download Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

If you are on Windows PC, then you need to download both files and save them to the same folder.
