Error when printing since last Windows update. "Error: Can not find product"

My laptop just updated Windows 10 and since then when I go to print from Photoshop Elements 14 I get the pop up and select my pinter but then get an error message saying "can not find product"

I'm not very tech savvy and just use elements for basic stuff. I had a similar issue the last update but managed to fix that, struggling here. Any help appreciated, Thanks.

When I have had a problem caused by a Windows update, I removed and reinstalled the printer driver

Thanks for the reply. I can still print on any other program, it's only Photoshop Elements that doesn't work so thought I'd post it here.

EDIT: Just to add, I've 4 different printers, and all of them work fine printing from other programs, but none of them are working with Photoshop Elements.

Hi andreww39889270,

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Seems like the printer preferences got corrupted. Please try out the following solution:

1. Immediately after clicking the Editor/Organizer button. click "CNTRL+SHIFT+ALT"

2. Click "Yes" to clear all your print preferences.

3. Select the printer from Printer list

4. Go to Print Settings(Change Settings)-> Advanced Settings.

5. Restore the "default" print settings.

6. Close the Editor.

7. Double click the application to launch the welcome screen

This will resolve your issue.

Again, if you still face the same issue. Please try out print with other applications and let us know.

Your feedback is really appreciated.

Thanks,

Rahul
