Exporting albums, galleries, Flash Player now dead

For years, I have been exporting albums from Elements to make-up slideshows to put on my website.  The slideshows use Adobe Flash Player, which is now defunct.  I am using an old Elements 11.  What alternative facility does the latest version of Elements have for exporting albums and putting them on a web page ?  (Just wondering if I update Elements, there will be a fix for my problem?)

Elements 2021 has a slideshow feature with 6 templates.  It exports video to mp4 files in either 1080 or 720 resolution.
