Exporting from organizer

I have been exporting hundreds nof pics from Organizer to a folder to be downloaded to a flash drive. Everything went fine for a while, but all of a sudden it says photo has been exported like usual, but they don't show up in the folder any more. Can anyone help?

Which PSE version and OS are you using? Also, what is the file system of your flash drive(NTFS,FAT32 etc)?
