hello  i  wonder  if  photoshop  elements  include  the  ''frame animation''  option  of  ''big  brother''  photoshop.also  can  with  photoshop  elements  make  easily  an  animated  handwritting  like  we do  with  photoshop?

    You can make animated gifs in photoshop elements, those it's not nearly as easy to do effects like fades, etc as it is in photoshop.

    There is no Animation panel , so everything is done with layers and then one saves the actual animation with File>Save for Web.

    Could you post an example of an animated handwriting?

    i  have  a  friend  who  make  animated  handwritting  with  photoshop  for  his  students.he  is  a  teacher  of  mathematics.how  can  atatch  a  zip  file  with  a screenshot?

    If you make it into an animated gif you can insert it right into the forum post using Insert Image

    or if it's small enough in the present video state, Insert Video might work.
