Hey ! I bought Photoshop Elements number 8 for my win 7, ten years ago, now I have to switch to Win 10, and want to use PS elements on my new computer, but can't find my installation disc ... how do I do?

Photoshop Elements 10 is the latest version that is available from Adobe.

A download is not available for that. You need a disc or the files saved from a disc.
