Greeting Cards Nightmare

How in the world is this even possible on Photoshop. It's impossible to work with. Too bad HP Photo Creations went away. I could edit the front of a card then there was no option to go any further. HELP!!!

I use Greeting Card Factory DeLuxe by Nova Devekopment. The software is not limited to production of greeting cards, The templates are precise. You can edit cards inside and out. You can enhance a picture in Photoshop Elements, save the file, then import to display in the card program. Check it out. For a few additional dollars you can purchase the program on DVD disk. I just installed my old version of the program on my new destop from disk,
