Hello, Please help. I purchased Elements both photoshop and premier last year and specified windows. Now I have just bought a mac and although I downloaded them in Mac versions,the registration numbers dont work in it. How do I fix this pleasse. Peter
Some sales of the program are OS specific. In other words, if you purchased a Windows version, you cannot use it on a Mac. This is a user-to-user forum.
