Help with reloading photoshop elements 13

My computer hard drive died and I need to reinstall photoshope elements 13 which I bought with the computer....but I cannot find my serial number.  Any help.  The bok is a pepe 13.0 mlp.ret label with a bar code but no serial number that I can find that fits the required adobe configuration.
