i'm using a MacBook Air (2022) with M2 chip and Ventura 13. Can I drag and drop files to a USB drive from the Organizer? Or, how would I transfer folders to a USB.

Hi Linda, it's  simple enough to use Finder rather than Organizer. Copy your folder then navigate to your usb drive and choose paste item.

You don’t say the reason. Your originals will remain on your computer with the Organizer links intact. If you want to delete from your hard drive to create space the links will be broken. You would then need to use the Organizer missing files dialog to point the catalog to the new folder location.
