How can I enlarge icon in Photoshop elements?

The icon and menu text is so small I can't see them. I use Photoshop elements 2022 on a 14" PC with a resolution 2240 x 1400.

I tried to enlarge them Edit/Preferences/Display & Cursors, UI Scale factor to 200% but then they are too big and I can't see everything. Is there a way to set them to ex. 150%? Bug fix? My earlier version of photoshop was ok.

Are you talking about Phtoshop or Photoshop Elements?

This Forum is dedicated to Photoshop (proper), not Photoshop Elements.

Where do I ask this question then? It seems that the problem is the same in both versions of Photoshop and not solved in 2022

It's not a bug.  You're trying to see small things, on a small montior.  Buy a bigger monitor, problem solved.
