How can I unlock a tag with a font on it in Elements 13

I understand you are looking at a layer with a tag (a label?) which has text on it. If it is a normal layer, not a text only layer, the text is 'simplified', that is transformed into normal pixels, it is no longer a vector layer. The information about the font is lost.

I think there are Internet sites which can help you identify the font from a sample of the text.
