How do I deactivate Updates in PSE 2019?

PSE 2019 has only 2 options for updates in settings:

- Update automatically

- Inform me, when an update is available

How can I deactivate updates completely?

With the second option, nothing is automatic. It's the default choice. Only you can decide to upgrade.

Why don't you want to update? That's only to fix bugs or add new cameras for the raw converter.

Note that what is new in PSE 2019 is that the menu Help >> Update is greyed out if no update is available.

It's a managed desktop in an enterprise environmanet. User don't have the rights to make updates, but try it when they see the notification and update fails. Then they open a support ticket.

We hava almost 50 installations of PSE and it should only be updated through IT department.

Is there really no way to completely turn off updates and notifications in PSE 2019 even for enterprises with volume serial number?
