thanks jon, that's exactly what I mean.

you cannot move an inch without the serialnumber ... but they can't even tell you where to find or how to get it... and the reaction of the customer service and this forum shows, that there is a serious problem with this process. otherwise there wouldn't be scammers around ... not big enough to fail ...

Serial numbers for PSE start 1057 (24 digits, all numbers, no letters) and are usually found on the disk wrapper inside the box or for downloads, within an email or may be found under your purchase history within your Adobe account.

If you have a redemption code (letters & numbers) sign-in at this link to convert it into a serial number.

Check back with the company that sold you the software, and ask them where you should be getting the serial number.

that's the product support I expect 😄 ... Sending customers back to the reseller 😄 ...

When you buy an F-150, it's traditionally the dealers (reseller) responsibility to provide you with the keys and registration at the point of sale, not Ford Motor Corporation.  Support has nothing to do with that.

What does it say the key is (don’t tell us the key!). Serial number? Redemption code? Product code? Also, is this the student/teacher product? And, where did you buy?

You can Directly send Email to our Adobe Customer Care Team at Email Address:- Adobe.Help@outlook.com and they will help you via Email.

    what a mess with this company ... 😞 ...

Take care. That will be a scammer. Genuine Adobe messages would originate from adobe.com

They would never use an Outlook address.
