How do i open RAW files in elements 11

Hello al, I have photoshop elements 11 and a Nikon D500 and I cant find an update that lets me open raw files, can any one help?

Your camera is too new for PSE11.

Either purchase the PSE15 upgrade or convert NEF to DNG

You can batch convert a whole folder of raw images into Adobe raw (DNG) and the dng files will be backward compatible with your PSE11 software.
