How do I permanently to Expert when starting Photoshop Elements 2020 and not welcome screen

Previous versions seemed to allow a bypass of the "welcome" screen that the three choices and lots of proposed tutorials. I would like to go directly to Expert upon start up and can't seem to find the settings in the Help tab that used to do that change over. Thanks.

Create a new shortcut for PSE 2020 or change the target of the existing shortcut to this location:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2020\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe

That will open the Editor directly.

One way to do this is to launch to your welcome screen in the usual, undesired way. Then open Editor from the welcome screen. After Editor opens, right click on its icon in the task bar and select pin to taskbar, likewise with Organizer.
