I am trying to copy video clips of a person from a number of different video files. Then I would like to paste them all together into a new video file.   This way I will have a new video file of nothing but video clips of that person.

To edit videos you need Premiere Elements, not Photoshop Elements.

Great - I have Premiere Elements 15.   So.....how do I COPY AND PASTE part of a one video file and carry it over to another video file and drop it into the second video file.  I would like to take clips from a number of video files and put them into "1" new video file.  Then I will be able to make a nice video form all of the clips.  Please show me where I can go to see a video of how to do that.   Thanks
