how do you fix an invalid redemption code?

Hi.

l have just purchased the adobe photoshop elements 15 and went to put the redemption code in and it keeps coming up invalid.

l have tried it in lower and upper case letters and the same thing.

Does anyone have any answers please as l am getting frustrated?
