Hello, I added recently Premiere Pro to my suscription, but as I'm totally new I bought an old (2019) perpetual Photoshop and Premiere Elements. But I cant use Premiere Elements, as soon as I click on Premiere from the organizer, an add window pops suggesting to upgrade to the actual version. As I bought this old version only for training, I dont want buy 130€ the upgrade.
Does somebody know how to avoid this window and how to continue with the 2019 version ?
Many thanks for your help,
Milos

Hello,
Many thanks for your support, and sorry to be late, I didnt see where was my question. Meanwhile, I saw on the Adobe site that the bundle I bought had correctly registered the two parts of Adobe Éléments. As Adobe allows me to download again the programs, I did it and the program runs well. It seems that the bundle failed when trying to install Première, but fortunately thé Adobe site has all I need for a réinstallation.
Many thanks again for your help, sincerely yours

When and where did you buy 2019?
Do you have a serial number for Photoshop Elements as well?
What operating system?

Have you installed and activated the Premiere Elements 2019 program? Can you get to Premiere Elements from the Welcome Screen?
Please give us a screenshot of the message you are getting.

My guess is that you are on a Mac running Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey. These were DESIGNED to block all old apps. So, you have to upgrade all of them, whatever the purpose.

I have a contract with Adobe at $10.81 per month for Photoshop. I do not use Elements or Premier but I can't get to my files on Photoshop as I keep getting the message that Elements wants to install an upgrade and I can't do anything to get rid of that message. What do I do to stop these messages??
