How to colorize a black and white photo in Photoshop Elements 2019

I would like to automatically colorize a black and white photo in Photoshop Elements 2019. From several on-line Adobe tutroials: After opening a black and white photo in the Elements Editor, I am supposed to click on "Enhance" at the top of the editor screen and choose "Colorize." However there is no choice in the "Enhance" drop down list for "Colorize." Where do I find the "Colorize" choice in Photoshop Elements 2019? Thanks.
