How to create realistic tshirt design mockup?

I'm wondering if anyone knows the best way in PSE to place a .png design on a tshirt image in a way that is realistic and integrates the design with the wrinkles/texture of the fabric? I can find tons of tutorials for PS but not elements. Any help would be so appreciated! Thank you!

To do this artfully you need to employ a filter. It is in the Filter menu>Distort>Displace..

Hi Brittany, Russell Brown had an entertaining vid on how to do that in Ps but I can't find it.  I'm pretty sure it could also be done in Photoshop Elements, the steps weren't all that exotic.  You say you've watched some tutorials, where does the hangup occur with those steps in PSE?
