How to fix frowns

the tutorial for my PSE 14 shows a feature under enhance that allows you to change facial expressions.  When I go to the drop down it is different than the one in the tutorial video.  It is nowhere to be found.  How did this happen?

I thought that feature was added in version 15.

Request you to please give us the link of the tutorial you are mentioning.

We shall let you know if that feature belongs to PSE 14 or higher version.
