how to put photoshop elements 9 on my new hard drive

i bought photoshop elements 9 and the hard drive went bad. had to put in a new hard drive. i am trying to download photsoshop elements 9 on new hard drive. when i down load program it ask me for serial number. i went to my account and found two serial numbers. i downloaded photoshop elements 9 and when it ask me for my serial number, I enter it and it told my serial number was not right. how do i fix this problem ?

-Choose licensing and activation

-Click the blue button “Show me my contact options”

-Click Chat

Have your serial number available. Please note that older software is no longer supported so make it clear to the agent that you are not seeking support but help with activation.
