How to select paper type when printing in Elements 2018 on a Mac?

I have just moved across from a PC to a Mac and installed Elements 2018. I can't see how to select the paper type when I come to print - I am used to a drop-down box in print settings which allows me to choose the paper type and print standard - I can't see any way of doing this in Elements 18 (or is it just the Mac version that's different?). Any help gratefully received - I have an exhibition deadline looming and need to be able to print! Thanks.
