How to send Elements 10 photos via Yahoo Mail and Windows 10

I would like to send photos from Elements 10 using Yahoo/ATT mail with Windows 10.

Previously on Windows 7; I would drag photos to the Desktop from Elements 10 and attach them to Yahoo/ATT email with no problems. I have not come up with a solution, any suggestions?
