How to setup Elements with a Wacom One?

I have recently purchased a Wacom One tablet and have been trying to set it up with my (also newly purchased) Elements 2021.  I can find many YouTube tutorials about connecting it with Photoshop, but not Elements  And suggestions about Videos, Manuals, sites, etc.
