how to uninstall creative cloud and Camera Raw CC?

Installed photoshop elements 2019, which installed creative cloud and Camera Raw CC.  Can not remove creative cloud since it says Camera Raw CC is using it.  Can not un-install camera Raw CC since it does not show up in the apps list for windows 10.

How to get rid of this unwanted bloatware?

    That is impossible. There is no relationship between Elements 2019 and the Creative Cloud.

    You must have downloaded Photoshop CC.
