How to Uninstall older versions of PS Elements

Among other things, I am now running Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premier Elements 2020 under Windows 10.  What should I do to uninstall earlier versions of these programs?  There does not seem to be anything in Creative Cloud  relating to these programs.  Should I just use the Windows uninstall program?  Will uninstalling the older versions affect the newer version?

Each version of Elements is totally independent.  Removing one will not affect another.
