How to use tools 2022 in Photoshop?

I have used Photodhop Elements for many years but the 2022 version I just bought does not have the same tools. Where can I find out how to use these new tools?

It sounds like you are in the default Quick Mode which has a limited set of tools. Click on the  Expert Mode tab at the top of the screen and you will see the familiar tool bar.
