I want to add my mark to photos so no one can take it off, is this possible with PSE 2024?

There is no software that can watermark an image that can't be removed by somebody with the talent and time.

Multiple, large watermarks can be more difficult to remove than a single, small watermark.

You could create a blank document and type out your watermark or logo and then define it as a brush. My YouTube video shows how to do this including how to use it multiple times, as described by Peru Bob.
