I can't seem to download the 2020 version

Hey I recently bought Premiere Elements Video Editor and Photo Editor. I only downloaded the Video Editor because I did not need the Photo Editor at the moment. But it seems that the new version of Premeiere Elements 2021 came out, I try to download the Photo Editor on the app but it says "Try Photoshop Elements for free!" There are two options Install from DVD and Download Trial. I click downlad trial and it brings me here....
