I Cant Install PSE10 on my Mac Catalina V 10.15.7

Apparently an updated install file is required but when I downloaded from adobe.com the same thing happened again - no new install was downloaded after I registered the product

still no work!...

please advise

Pse 10 is 32 bit and Apple depreciated 32 bit applications running on macOS starting with macOS Catalina.

When you get a new Mac or update Mac OS you need to buy the latest apps. Apple work hard to make sure old stuff doesn't work. It needs to be in your budget. It's all part of the Joy of Mac!

@Elemental Kai you need Photoshop Elements 2020 and above to run on Catalina

    PSE 10 will not run on Catalina, you'll need to purchase the most recent version
