I inadvertently downloaded the trial of PSE when I already owned that version

PSE 2019.  So. . . I uninstalled PSE 2019 and reinstalled it.  No luck.  I uninstalled it again and then deleted all references anywhere on my computer - that I could find - to PSE 19.  No luck.

 

I then got on LiveChat, where the rep told me to do the same things that I had already done.  Very unhelpful.

 

So, Community, how do I get rid of the nag window that tells me I have xx number of days left to my trial and would I like to purchase it.  As noted, I own it, but Adobe doesn't think so.  I guess I could purchase the latest version, but at this point it's a matter or principle.  I want to get rid of that nag window.

 

Anyone?

Help > Sign in from the Editor menu.

Then enter your serial number when prompted.

 

There is only one version. It is a trial when the serial number is not entered.
