I purchased Elements 15 at COSTCO and the installation process it is a counterfeit version ???

Please help.  I already removed my old copy of Elements 10 and don't have those installation cd's anymore.  Elements 15 began  but then the installation process stopped and said it is a counterfeit version to contact Adobe.....   Please help...

    Hi Howard,

    please download build corresponding to your OS  from Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

    you can install in trial or provide serial number you have during installation when asked for.

    I bought it through Dell and I received license key but not serial number.
