I still get error 213:11 on Elements 9, mac OS 10.14

I have a new MacAir using the latest system (Mojave). I migrated PSE 9 along with all my other software and the 1st attempted use resulted in 213:11.

I've reset permissions on the entire Adobe Application Support folder and It l still get the 213:11 error. Any ideas?

SOLUTION!

The Adobe writeup on fixing the 213:11 error is correct, but one tiny critical detail for newer Mac OS's was left out.

The SL-whatever folder is invisible and needs to be made visible before the permissions can be changed.

I used Mac app iBoostUp to do this, but most any Mac tuneup ulitiy will do this as well.
