Imported pictures are grainy

Looking for advice on troubleshooting this problem. My images are clear and crisp in other programs but massively grainy once i import them into Photoshop elements 15, and again are fine once i have edited them, saved them, and reopened them in a different program. (see example images)

Im running windows 10, Photoshop elements 15, both RAW and JPG are grainy. Please help or if there is a number i can call to talk with Adobe that would work too.Screenshot (1).pngDSC_0107 (3) watermark.jpg

Your image is perfect, without any 'grain' (pixellisation or noise)

If you want to see the real pixel detail, zoom to 100% view. Zooming to 50%, 25% will also give you a good view without pixellisation on your display. You are on 16,67% zoom which entails display resizing artifacts.

Tip:

Double click on the magnifying glass to zoom to 100%, on the hand tool to fit screen.
