importing e-mailed photo

how do i import a jpeg, sent to me via email, into elements 18?  i need to enlarge it for printing.  i know i'll lose quality, but that is not the issue.  thabks in advance.

1. Save the file attachment in the e-mail to your desktop, or in a folder of choice
2. Open PSE Editor - Expert tab
3. Go to File>open and point to the picture file on the desktop. ok it.
4. This should display  in the work area ready for your manipulation
